  • Drink Water! At least half your body weight in ounces.
  • Include healthy fats in your diet
  • A good diet- stay away from sugar and processed food.
  • Using a plant-based facial skin care system-doTERRA’s Verage is my fav!
  • Daily oil cleansing– 1 TBS of jojoba oil plus 1 drop of Frankincense, Lavender or Geranium. Rub all over face and wash off with a warm washcloth.
  • Clay Mask– once a week make a clay mask 3tbs of Indian healing clay and mix with 1 tbs of water or Apple Cider Vinegar and 1 drop of Frankincense or Lavender.
