This is the simplest way to roast corn. You cook it in the microwave, in the husk! Yep, couldn’t be simpler!
Place corn (1-8 ears at a time) in the microwave in the husks. Cook the corn for 3 minutes per ear. Example: 1 ear cook for 3 minutes, 8 ears cook for 24 minutes, etc. Once complete, let cool for about 5 minutes then peel back and remove the husk and silk. They just slide right off!! Coat lightly with butter and a sprinkle of salt and enjoy!!
