As parents, we want the very best for our kids, right?   At a Natural Shift, we believe the following three areas are key to good health!  In this video, Julie discusses how you can improve your children’s health with some very simple shifts.

Open conversations

Educate and empower your children regarding healthy choices. For instance, drink more water, you can make the water taste better by adding essential oils or fruit to the water. Keep them active and limit screen time!

Gut health

Improving gut health helps to maintain a healthy immune system. Giving your children probiotics helps to fight off disease, increase the immune system, and also digest food.

Good Rest

Kids love routine! Make sure that your children are getting adequate hours of sleep a night by creating a good nightly routine. Incorporating essential oils such as lavender or cedarwood into the nightly routine helps as well.
