Dr. Andrea Ryan is a Blue Diamond leader with doTERRA essential oils and a retired Chiropractor.  She and her husband ran a family-focused practice for ten years in Barrie, Ontario and while her husband still continues to practice, Andrea focuses her energy and time on doTERRA full time.  She is a mom to three amazing kids – ages 12, 9 and 6. Her focus is on helping women – specifically Moms – create better health for themselves and their families through holistic health choices.  She is a big believer in personal development, getting up at 5 AM, daily movement, and play. Her passions include travel, spending time with her family at their cottage, reading and connecting with nature.

Dr. Andrea encourages you to explore your options when it comes to your health and approach your health in a preventative approach.

Dr. Andrea speaks about how she wakes up at 5 am every morning. Going to bed at 9 pm helps her to get good rest, she gets off her electronics and prepares for bed around 8 pm.The 5am Club by Robin Sharma is a great book to read if you are intrigued with getting up early.

Dr. Andrea loves Chai tea to keep her going in the mornings and green tea in the evenings.

Headspace is a meditation app that Dr. Andrea recommends.

The most pivotal upgrade that Dr. Andrea has taken with her business was hiring a business/life coach.
