This delicious smoothie serves 1 person and is perfect to get your day started or refuel after a great workout.

Ingredients

1 cup almond milk

1 big handful of spinach

½ cup frozen cherries

½  banana (frozen is best)

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

3 tablespoons of oats

1 tablespoon of hemp powder

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

Directions:

Start by blending the almond milk and spinach until smoothie.  Then, pour everything into your blender and blend until smooth!
