Project Description

Ingredients

– 2 cans salmon (preferably wild caught), flaked
– 2 baked sweet potatoes, mashed
– ½ cup almond flour
– 2 scallions- chopped
– 1 egg
– 1 tsp dill (dried or fresh)
– ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper

Directions

Mash all ingredients together and incorporate well.  Form into patties by placing ⅓ cup mixture in hand and patting out.

Bake on a parchment lined baking sheet for 20 min on 400 degrees,  then flip and cook 10 min more until golden brown.

I love to top them with mashed avocado or mayo with a drizzle of sriracha on top! Enjoy!!
