– 2 medium to large russet potatoes, peeled or skin on (your preference) and cut into roughly 12 wedges per potato (this is enough for 4 people)
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp pepper
– 2 tsp garlic powder
– 2 tsp onion powder
– 1 tsp cane sugar (omit for Whole30)
– 3 tbsp. oil (avocado or olive oil)
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Wash potatoes, peel (if you prefer), and cut potatoes into wedges. In a bowl, combine potatoes, oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and toss to combine. Spread into a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in oven and roast for 35-45 minutes or until golden and crispy. Enjoy!
