Sautéed Green Beans
Sautéed Green Beans are the PERFECT side dish that go with almost any meal and is ready in under 15 minutes!
1 lb fresh green beans (you can find in produce section) or 2 bags
1 tbsp Olive Oil
3 cloves garlic minced or grated
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 zest of one lemon or use doTERRA lemon essential oil 5 drops
1/2 cup chicken stock or you can use water instead
Heat large skillet to medium-high heat. Add the olive oil, and green beans, toss to combine. Add the stock or water, cover, bring to a boil, and cook until liquid evaporates and beans are tender.
Next, add the minced garlic, salt and pepper, and lemon zest or essential oil. Toss to combine. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until garlic is cooked. Enjoy!
