Super Simple Pasta  Salad

Ingredients:

1 lb gluten free pasta

2 tbsp grass fed butter

¼ cup grated parmigiano reggiano

1 tsp salt

1 tsp olive oil

Salt and Pepper to finish

Directions:

Bring a large pot of water to a boil.  Once boiling, add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp olive oil. Add pasta and cook to package instructions. Once done, drain and rinse with warm water. This prevents gluten free pasta from sticking together.  Place pasta back into hot pot and add butter, cheese, and a sprinkle of s and p. If you have fresh herbs such as parsley or basil, toss those in too!
