The Perfect Granola

Refined sugar-free I  Grain-free  I  Paleo  I  Dairy-free

Granola is something I’ve made over the years, but kind of got burnt out on it. I think it was because it was mainly oats and could sometimes be dry, but not this granola! Here is a new recipe with mostly seeds, some nuts, and either granola OR coconut for a grain-free option. This recipe has the perfect amount of sweetness and crunch! 1 cup oats (for grain-free granola sub unsweetened shredded coconut)

1 cup chopped pecans (or nut of your choice)

1 cup pumpkin seeds

1 cup sunflower seeds

1/3 cup melted coconut oil

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/2 tsp salt

1 tbsp cinnamon OR 2 drops doTERRA cinnamon oil


Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Dump all ingredients into a large bowl and stir.  Pour onto a large pan, lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes, pull out to stir.  Bake 10 more minutes OR until golden brown. ENJOY!
