THE Oatmeal Bowl

This oatmeal bowl has become a staple on the weekends and occasionally during the week, when we aren’t enjoying a smoothie bowl:)


1/4 cup @onedegree sprouted oats
1/2 cup water
Micro for 1 min ( or cook on the stovetop )
Add in 1 scoop @equilife chocolate gut support powder ( optional)
1 scoop almond butter
A dusting of Cheleyon cinnamon
A sprinkle of hemp hearts
Raw Walnuts
Toasted pecans
Organic blueberries
A sprinkle of salt
A dash of coconut milk.
