Welcome, we are so happy you’ve made your way to our site! As sisters, healthcare professionals and 2 women who have made small shifts in our lives and seen big results, we are honored to walk along side you in your journey. This is the place to start if you are new here or feel overwhelmed on where to begin. Below, we have our Upgrade Method to  making ” a Natural Shift” to long-lasting health!

Present

1980’s & 1990’s

Grew up in the kitchen with our mom and grandma, learning the value of preparing real food and eating around the table.

2003

Julie is recovering from surgery and starts watching the food network. She begins to experiment in the kitchen, and Kari is her sous chef!

2004

We began eating out less and continued to be curious and care more about our health. 

2006

We loved to cook, but sometimes we didn’t make the healthiest dishes! Exercise was sporadic at best:)

2009-2010

Julie and Kari continued to learn more about nutrition and the importance of whole foods.   Exercise was more of a regular thing these days! 

2013

Kari was introduced to essential oils and Julie was her first convert:)

2014-2015

We began incorporating more supplements and detoxing our homes. Swapping over to natural medicine, cleaning our homes, and personal care products got an upgrade! 

2016

a Natural Shift was born!  We felt God prompting us to share what we’ve learned with others and we were really excited to be doing this together! 

2017

The 7-day shift cleanse was developed and we began leading others through periodic cleansing. We would go on the next year to develop the 30 day reset to then offer cleaning quarterly to hundreds of people. 

Present

We are still on the journey to becoming the highest version of ourselves and learning more every day! We weren’t meant to do this alone, let’s shift together!

Our signature Upgrade Method to long-lasting, sustainable health is exactly how we got to where we are! If you follow the formula below, wash/rinse/repeat, you will gain the health that you’ve been looking for all along!

–>We all get “clogged up” from time to time, no matter how healthy your are or how clean your diet is. This is why periodic cleansing is crucial to creating more time and energy!
